Atmosphere previews “Lemons” with U.S. tour

Atmosphere, the dynamic tandem of rapper Slug and producer Ant, will celebrate the release of their highly-anticipated album, When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold with a relatively brief U.S. tour.

As one of the great hip-hop road dogs, Atmosphere are renowned for months-long tours that take in every nook and cranny of North America — meaning the U.S. and Canada; why not Mexico? But this jaunt will only include major U.S. cities, along with favorite markets such as Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Denver. The run is meant to build excitement for When Life Gives You Lemons, which drops April 22 on Rhymesayers Entertainment. So small market fans shouldn’t fret — Atmosphere will probably follow up with a more extensive run later this year.
